About the Role The Company is seeking a Dean for its College of Engineering. The successful candidate will be a visionary leader with a strong academic background, holding a Ph.D. or terminal degree in a relevant discipline and a proven track record of distinguished achievement in teaching, research, and/or extension. The Dean will be responsible for leading all academic programs, promoting high-quality educational experiences, and building excellence in research, extension, and engagement. This role requires a strategic and innovative leader with a history of successful growth initiatives, strong partnership and collaboration skills, and a commitment to the land-grant mission. The Dean will also be involved in the recruitment and retention of top talent and will lead fundraising efforts to support the College's strategic plan.
