Job Title: SAP VIM SME Location: Conshohocken, PA - Onsite Duration : 6+ Months Job Description: JOB DESCRIPTION: Incident & Problem Management: Monitor, analyze, and resolve SAP VIM-related incidents and problems within SLAs. Troubleshoot complex issues related to invoice processing, workflows, and OpenText integration. Change & Enhancement Management: Gather requirements, design, and implement SAP VIM enhancements and configurations. Work on change requests (CRs) related to invoice processing automation, business rules, and validation. System Configuration & Customization: Configure SAP VIM, including DP document types, business rules, workflows, and exception handling. Perform necessary enhancements using ABAP, BAPIs, and OpenText customizations if required. Integration & Interfaces Support: Ensure seamless integration between SAP VIM, OpenText, and SAP ECC/S/4HANA modules (MM, FI, AP). Support EDI/XML invoice processing and integrations with third-party vendors. Performance Optimization & Monitoring: Conduct system performance tuning and analysis to optimize invoice processing efficiency. Troubleshoot and resolve performance bottlenecks in SAP VIM workflows and document processing. Stakeholder Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with business users, functional consultants, and offshore teams for issue resolution and enhancements.
