Corporate Recruiter Overview: System one is partnering with a client seeking an experienced Corporate Recruiter with 3+ years of full-cycle corporate recruiting experience to support hiring across multiple areas of the business. This role partners closely with hiring managers, TA leaders, and HR Business Partners to manage requisitions, source and screen candidates, and oversee the offer and onboarding process. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, collaborative, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment while ensuring a positive candidate and stakeholder experience. Key Responsibilities: Manage full-cycle recruiting: open requisitions, review resumes, screen candidates, schedule interviews, and extend offers. Partner with hiring managers and HR teams to fill roles efficiently and develop talent pipelines. Ensure accuracy and compliance in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Deliver a positive candidate experience and uphold company values throughout the hiring process. Meet or exceed recruiting KPIs including time-to-fill and quality of hire. Qualifications: Minimum of 3+ years of full-cycle corporate recruiting experience (required). Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
