Recruiter Pooler, GA System One is seeking a Recruiter in Pooler, GA to source, screen, and hire qualified candidates for a variety of manufacturing, Quality Assurance, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Management positions. This position plays a critical role in ensuring we maintain a strong workforce to meet production schedules, quality standards, and business objectives. Important Details: Contract opportunity with possibility of conversion to a full-time position Pay rate up to $44/hr. Possible flexibility for senior candidates with relevant experience. Salary will be commensurate with experience. Work schedule: Monday through Friday, standard business hours. Candidate may be asked to work after hours or on weekends to recruit at job fairs, but Hiring Manager said this is in rare occasions. Weekly pay Benefits after 30 days (health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, etc.) 401k after 30 days Job offer will be contingent on drug screen and background check Key Responsibilities Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs for production, assembly, warehouse, and skilled trades roles. Develop and execute recruiting strategies to attract candidates through job boards, social media, career fairs, community outreach, and referrals. Source, screen, and interview candidates to ensure alignment with role requirements and company culture. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and assist in the selection process. Manage the full recruitment cycle from requisition approval to job offer and onboarding. Maintain applicant tracking system (ATS) records, ensuring compliance with company policies and employment laws. Collaborate with HR to support pre-employment screenings, background checks, and drug testing. Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for high-volume and recurring positions. Promote the company brand as an employer of choice in the light industrial and manufacturing industry. Provide reporting and metrics on recruiting activities, time-to-fill, and turnover trends. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered. 5+ years of recruiting experience, ideally in manufacturing, light industrial, or high-volume environments. Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, applicant tracking systems, and recruiting tools. Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with employment laws, compliance, and EEO best practices. Some onsite recruiting at local career fairs. Preferred Skills Experience recruiting for roles such as assemblers, machine operators, warehouse associates, forklift drivers, and maintenance technicians. Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred. Knowledge of local labor markets and community outreach strategies.
