We are currently representing a global renewable energy organization that is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Office Administrative Assistant to join their Alpharetta team. This position is ideal for someone organized, efficient, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic office environment. As an essential member of the organization's team, the selected candidate will help ensure smooth operations and provide valuable support to both executives and staff.
Responsibilities:
Schedule and manage appointments for executives and team members. Coordinate and confirm meeting details, ensuring resources are prepared. Organize lunch meetings and catering arrangements. Manage and organize office files (both physical and digital). Assist with preparing reports, presentations, and other documents. Ensure the office is stocked with supplies and maintained in an orderly fashion. Liaise with building management for office maintenance and service needs. Set up and approve vendor invoices for services. Order company branded merchandise for office use. Qualifications
Previous experience in an administrative support role. Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced setting. #Admin123
