Do you see yourself as results-driven with a professional track record that proves you can walk your talk around lead development, product sales, etc.? Do you want to change lives for the better through educating people about valuable options to meet their health goals for themselves and their families? Do you know what chiropractic is all about?
This is a part-time position involving 15-20 hours per week, some on-site and some virtual. You can work as either an hourly employee or on an independent basis. Hourly rate is $22 - $28 per hour with a performance bonus structure related to leads produced, partnerships created, etc.
What You’ll Do As our part-time Marketing & Community Outreach Coordinator, you will: Oversee and grow our social media presence across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn (content planning, posting, analytics). Plan and coordinate email campaigns, newsletters, and digital marketing materials. Organize and execute community outreach efforts: health fairs, local events, lunch-and-learns, and networking with like-minded businesses. Develop relationships with complementary healthcare and wellness providers to increase referrals. Assist in planning and promoting in-clinic specials, raffles, and patient-appreciation events. Track results and provide regular reports on campaign performance and outreach impact.

Social Media Management
– Plan, create, schedule, and post engaging content across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn; respond to comments and messages; track engagement and adjust strategy. Email & Newsletter Campaigns
– Design and send weekly e-blasts and newsletters to patients; maintain and segment email lists. Community Outreach & Events
– Identify and attend local health fairs, expos, and community events; coordinate booths, signage, and handouts; represent the clinic professionally. Partnership Development
– Build and maintain relationships with complementary healthcare providers, wellness centers, and local businesses to increase referrals. In-Clinic Promotions
– Plan and promote in-clinic specials, raffles, and patient appreciation events; ensure materials are on brand. Content Creation
– Coordinate photo/video shoots of staff and services; gather patient success stories and testimonials for marketing (following HIPAA guidelines). Analytics & Reporting
– Track key metrics such as social media growth, email open rates, event attendance, and new patient leads; present regular updates to management. Brand Consistency
– Ensure all marketing materials, messaging, and visuals align with Korwitts Chiropractic’s brand standards and tagline “Your Partners in Health”. Qualifications:
Who You Are Experienced in healthcare sales, marketing, or community outreach (chiropractic, physical therapy, wellness, or related fields preferred). Social-media savvy with a keen eye for engaging content and branding to include knowing how to capture and edit basic video. Strong communicator with excellent writing and interpersonal skills. Self-starter who can manage multiple projects with minimal supervision. Results-driven and comfortable setting goals, measuring impact, and adjusting strategies.
