The People & Culture internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience across three areas of People & Culture: employee engagement, people development and people operations. Over the course of the program, the intern will rotate through these functions to support initiatives that enhance our employee experience and organizational effectiveness.

This position is expected to start in January 2026 and continue through the entire Spring 2026 term (through May 2026). Our internships are a minimum of 12 weeks, part-time and on-site.

In This Role Collaborate on projects to streamline people processes and improve operational efficiency Support benefits administration and employee communications Assist with onboarding, offboarding, and employee record maintenance Assist with reporting needs and analyzing People Operations data Collaborate on updating learning resources (articles, podcasts, LinkedIn Learning courses) Track employee participation in learning initiatives and compile insights on engagement Research industry trends to suggest new training ideas Collaborate on career pathing projects to support long-term talent development Assist in planning and executing employee engagement activities and events, including team-building initiatives, wellness programs, and recognition programs Gather and analyze employee feedback to identify opportunities for enhancing workplace culture Other duties as assigned by Management Uphold our Core Values and be a valuable member of the Four Hands team:

The Ideal Person Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HR software is a plus Familiarity with using Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, or other generative AI platforms About Four Hands
