As the Front Office Manager, you will play a pivotal role in individuals' lives, making a significant impact through: Responsible for the day-to-day office operations including opening/closing the office, answering the phone, maintaining waiting area, and providing members with entry to the center. Responsible for maintaining a clean, neat and safe front office and waiting area. Responsible for maintaining inventory and ordering of office supplies. Present a professional attitude and appearance in dealing with members, visitors and staff. Relate to community members, business professionals, the media and the recovery community in a professional manner for collaboration. Program Assistant Minimum Salary: $ 17.00/hour Program Assistant Maximum Salary: $ 17.00/hour Program Assistant Schedule: Monday - Friday 9AM - 4:30PM (35 hours/week) Qualifications:
