Seasonal Fulfillment Associates
to join our team.
Job Summary: As a
Seasonal Fulfillment Associate , you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our customers receive their orders accurately and on time during the holiday season. You will work in a fast-paced and collaborative fulfillment environment, helping to pick, pack and ship orders efficiently.
Responsibilities:
Prepare packages for shipping, including labeling and organizing for pickup. Assist in unwrapping and prepping products to be picked. Collaborate with team members to meet daily fulfillment goals. Assist team in maintaining a clean and organized work area
Qualifications:
Reliable and punctual, with the ability to commit to the specified schedule. Detail-oriented and able to work quickly and accurately. Strong PC skills, including basic knowledge of computer applications. Strong teamwork and communication skills. Ability to stand, walk, lift and bend for extended periods. Previous order fulfillment experience is a plus but not required.
Seasonal Benefits:
$15-17 per hour, based on qualifications and experience. Opportunity to gain experience in a dynamic e-commerce environment. 25% employee discount on NOVICA products. A fun and collaborative work atmosphere.
Schedule:
Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays between the hours of 9 am and 6 pm. This seasonal position is expected to end on 12/22/2025. Top performers may be offered the opportunity to stay on board.
