What You’ll Do
As a
Seasonal Support Associate , you’ll play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations and customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include: - Providing friendly and professional customer service to assist with inquiries and orders. - Supporting order fulfillment processes, including packing and shipping. - Collaborating with team members to meet seasonal demands and deadlines. -Communicate professionally with customers via phone, email, live chat, and text. -Acknowledge and resolve customer issues with empathy and efficiency. -Maintain a positive, customer-first attitude in every interaction. -Assist with processing mail orders. -Perform additional customer service and administrative tasks as assigned.
What We’re Looking For
To thrive in this role, you’ll need: - At least
1 year of experience
in customer service, fulfillment, or a related field. - A self-driven, motivated, and trustworthy attitude. - Strong communication and problem-solving skills. - The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. -Excellent verbal and written communication skills. -Excellent phone skills and pleasant phone demeanor
