Interoperability TPM

to help build and deliver our next-generation offerings. This is an ideal role for someone with previous customer-facing interoperability experience who wants to develop product/solution management experience in a high-growth AI company.

Skilled in HL7, FHIR, CDA, and API-based integrations, with hands-on experience in data ingestion workflows. Thrives in small entrepreneurial teams Interest in Value-Based Care and/or AI Gets "it" What You'll Be Doing: Program & Technical Delivery Drive functional and technical delivery of integration programs and initiatives. Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and business teams to align integration efforts with company goals. Partner with engineering teams to design, scope, and build new features that enhance interoperability and data exchange. Contribute to product decisions by providing technical insights and identifying opportunities for improvement. Technical Product Management Translate business needs into technical requirements for interoperability features and enhancements. Collaborate with product and engineering teams to define and prioritize integration-related roadmap items. Contribute to feature scoping, user stories, and acceptance criteria for new or enhanced integrations. Provide technical guidance during product planning to ensure feasibility, scalability, and alignment with company goals. EHR Integration & Interoperability Lead customer integration projects, including requirements gathering, solution design, and deployment. Design and implement data exchange workflows using HL7, FHIR, and APIs. Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues to ensure system reliability and data accuracy. Ensure compliance with HIPAA and other regulations. Data Management & Optimization Manage end-to-end data feed ingestion processes, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth data flows. Oversee data validation, transformation, and mapping processes to guarantee data integrity. Create and maintain documentation for data ingestion workflows, ensuring clarity and accessibility for team members. Collaborate with internal teams to enhance data processing efficiency and streamline workflows. Testing, Documentation & Support Perform thorough testing and validation of integration interfaces to ensure accuracy and stability. Create and maintain technical documentation for interfaces, workflows, and troubleshooting procedures. Provide ongoing support for existing integrations, resolving issues quickly and efficiently. Identify and implement process improvements to increase scalability and reduce friction in data exchange. What Experience & Skills You'll Need: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Healthcare Informatics, or a related field. Experience in healthcare IT, EHR integration, or interoperability. Hands-on experience with EHR platforms (e.g., Epic, Cerner, Athenahealth, eClinicalWorks, Allscripts). Expertise in HL7 v2/v3, FHIR, CDA, and RESTful APIs. Proficiency with integration engines (e.g., Mirth Connect, Rhapsody, Cloverleaf). Experience managing data ingestion processes and ensuring smooth data flows. Familiarity with SQL, scripting languages, and data transformation tools. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively. Bonus: Experience with HIEs, value-based care models, or payer-provider integrations . Preferred certifications:

HL7 FHIR or CDA certification. Certification in specific EHR platforms (e.g., Epic Bridges, Cerner CCL). Health IT or interoperability certifications (e.g., CHDA, CAHIMS).
