What You'll Do
Answer incoming client questions with professionalism, accuracy, and care Assist with policy updates, coverage inquiries, and basic claims support Keep customer records organized and up to date Work alongside licensed agents and team members to meet client needs Begin identifying customer needs and how insurance products could help Learn the foundations of sales in a supportive, low-pressure setting Why This Role Could Be Perfect for You

We have 140 years of combined insurance experience in our office. Our agency has received awards including: Chairman's Circle, Ambassador Travel, Legion of Honor, Senior Vice President's Club, y Golden Triangle
