Job Description Salary: $25 per hour We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role is essential for ensuring the smooth daily operations of our office. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with excellent communication skills. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact for all front desk reception duties, greeting clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner. Schedule and manage client intake appointments, coordinating with staff and clients as needed. Track and follow up with referral sources to maintain strong professional relationships and ensure seamless communication. Perform data entry with high accuracy, maintaining and updating client information and other records. Handle Medicaid billing, including submission, tracking, and resolving any billing issues. Manage general office duties, including answering phones, directing calls, and responding to inquiries. Maintain and organize physical and digital files, including filing, archiving old records, and conducting regular file reviews to ensure compliance. Qualifications: Proven experience in an administrative or office assistant role. Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience in the behavioral health field would be a plus. Experience with medical or Medicaid billing is a significant plus. Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus.
