Job Title: Order Management & Customer Service Coordinator
Location: Irving, TX (on-site)
Office Hour: 9:00am - 5:00pm
Position Type: Full-time, Non-Exempt, Direct-Hire
Overview:
An international company is seeking a motivated Order & Customer Service Coordinator to support their daily operations. This is an entry-level position, so no prior experience is required. The role provides an excellent opportunity to learn about order management, customer service, and basic logistics within a growing company.
You will work closely with the operations and logistics teams to ensure smooth order processing and exceptional service for customers. In addition, this role offers the chance to gain broad experience in supply chain management and develop skills that can lead to career advancement opportunities within the company.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include but not are limited to:
Process customer orders via email and systems, ensuring accuracy and timely handling.
Prepare shipping documents, release orders, and invoices after shipment.
Track order status and communicate any discrepancies or delays to supervisors and customers.
Support inventory monitoring and help reduce out-of-stock or excess stock situations.
Assist the logistics team with incoming shipments and inventory allocation.
Maintain organized and up-to-date records of customer orders and communications.
Identify small opportunities to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience.
Learn and gain experience across supply chain operations, including order management, logistics, and inventory control.
Qualifications:
No prior experience required; on-the-job training will be provided.
Related experience in customer service, order processing, or logistics is a plus.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
Comfortable using computers and learning new systems.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
Interest in developing a career in supply chain management is a plus.
