Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (30-min lunch) - On-call Monday–Friday, 7:00–8:00 AM & 4:30–9:00 PM - On-call Saturday & Sunday, 7:00 AM – 9:00 PM Note: Inbound phone volume will be monitored weekly as the business scales to gauge manageable workload and when necessary, an on-call rotation schedule or after hours answering service will be implemented to support. Compensation:
$52,000 – $60,000 (salary based on experience) Reports To:

Mission Critical Companies , are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Dispatch Manager to oversee scheduling, dispatch, and customer engagement. This is a key role that ensures the right technician or sales rep is at the right job at the right time — while delivering an outstanding customer experience. What You’ll Do
Manage incoming service requests and schedule appointments across two HVAC brands. Control the dispatch board, assigning technicians with efficiency and accuracy. Make outbound calls to past customers and new prospects to fill the schedule and support sales. Ensure Preventive Maintenance Agreement (PMA) and Comfort Club customers receive priority scheduling. Adjust daily schedules for cancellations, emergencies, and weather disruptions. Serve as the first point of contact for customers, ensuring a professional and positive experience. What We’re Looking For
5+ years in customer service, call center, or dispatch (HVAC, plumbing, or similar industry preferred). Experience managing schedules/dispatch for multiple crews or territories. Strong knowledge of field service systems (ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, Zoho CRM, etc.). Excellent communication skills and ability to stay steady under pressure. Tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and highly organized. Key Traits
