We are looking for an experienced Title Clerk to join our close-knit team. The successful candidate will have some experience in processing automotive title applications for both Georgia and out-of-state deals. If this sounds like a job you’ll love, apply now! Compensation:
$50,000 - $55,000 yearly Responsibilities:
Verify paperwork to minimize titling errors, thus ensuring correct lien perfection. Process all documents through the titling vendor to facilitate tagging and registration for Georgia customers. Compile and accurately remit out-of-state paperwork for non-Georgia residents. Communicate with both Managers and Customers to facilitate the timely completion of the titling process if additional documents are necessary. Following up on lien holder correspondence regarding nonperfections. Following up on missing titles. Applying for duplicate titles. Qualifications:
2-4 years of Automotive Titling experience is desired; specifically, experience with used car tag and title and processing out-of-state title work. Proficient in computer skills, including MS Office and Google Docs. Superb research, communications, customer service, and analysis skills are desired.
