Description
We are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our Operations team. In this role, you will support the daily functions of our warehouse by receiving, storing, organizing, and preparing materials and finished exhibit components for production and shipping. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, where teamwork and accuracy are essential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments of materials and supplies.
  • Accurately pick, pack, and prepare materials and finished products for shipping.
  • Organize and maintain warehouse inventory, ensuring items are properly labeled and stored.
  • Load and unload trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, or other material-handling equipment.
  • Perform inventory counts and help identify discrepancies.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment in compliance with OSHA and company standards.
  • Collaborate with fabrication and operations teams to ensure the timely delivery of materials.
  • Assist with warehouse upkeep and equipment maintenance.


Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Required:
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. and perform physical work on your feet for extended periods.
  • Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
Preferred:
  • Prior warehouse, shipping/receiving, or general labor experience.
  • Experience in trade show, fabrication, or custom production industries.
  • Familiarity with inventory systems or warehouse software.
  • Forklift certification (or willingness to be trained).
  • Comfort working at heights, using ladders, and safely operating hand tools.
