NOW HIRING A SKILLED SHIPPING AND RECIEVING SPECIALIST IN ARLINGTON, TX 76011! Pay Rate: $19.00 Shift Hours: 6:30AM-3:30PM Monday -Friday Job Description The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the shipping and receiving processes, ensuring that all goods are accurately processed and tracked. This role requires proficiency in warehouse operations, including order fulfillment, inventory management, and the use of various equipment such as forklifts and RF scanners. Responsibilities Manage incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring accuracy in documentation and inventory records. Utilize warehouse management systems to track inventory levels and order fulfillment. Operate forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and other equipment to load and unload goods safely. Perform picking and packing duties for e-commerce orders, ensuring items are correctly selected and packaged. Collaborate with team members to improve shipping processes and efficiency. Utilize basic math skills for accurate counting and measurement of products during shipping and receiving tasks. Experience Previous warehouse experience is preferred, with a strong understanding of shipping & receiving processes. Familiarity with warehouse distribution practices, order picking, packaging, and order fulfillment is essential. Experience using RF scanners for tracking inventory is a plus. Knowledge of inventory management systems is beneficial but not required. A valid forklift certification is preferred; training may be provided for the right candidate.
