You set the tone for the day, keep the venue buzzing with energy, and make sure every guest leaves smiling. You will be hands-on, guiding walk-ins through booking, running interactive sessions, keeping the venue spotless, and jumping in wherever needed to keep things moving. Key Responsibilities Welcome and engage guests with warmth and enthusiasm, no exceptions

Drive walk-in bookings by actively promoting the experience inside and outside the venue

Host games with energy, keeping the mood fun and inclusive for every group

Maintain a spotless, organized, and guest-ready environment at all times

Handle questions and concerns quickly, making sure guests leave impressed

Support the venue manager in motivating, training, and coaching the team

Open or close the venue confidently, ensuring all operational steps are completed without shortcuts

Experience and Skills Minimum 2 years in hospitality, retail, or entertainment

Natural people-person who genuinely enjoys guest interaction

Thrives in a busy environment and can switch gears fast

Organized and dependable, even under pressure

Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Confident with basic tech like tablets and booking systems
