Job Description Salary: $19.08-$22.89 per hour based on education and experience. Administrative Assistant The Administrative Assistant is responsible for completing the daily operations of the office including answering a multi-line phone system, greeting guests, completing internal and external errands, as well as assisting with various administrative tasks. This position works alongside another administrative assistant.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: High school or general education degree (GED). Two years of relevant experience in an office environment and a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs is required. An associate degree/diploma in office assistant or administrative professional and experience handling multiple phone lines is preferred. Must possess and maintain a valid drivers license, have access to personal transportation and be willing to complete agency errands when needed.

COMPENSATION: $19.08-$22.89 per hour based on education and experience. 3% increase after successful completion of six-month probationary period with potential annual merit increases thereafter. CLASSIFICATION: Non-Exempt

RESPONSIBILITIES Customer Service: Reception & Administration Serve as the first point of contact for the organization, responsible for managing all front-office operations. Key duties include welcoming and directing visitors, operating a multi-line phone system, and providing excellent customer service. The role also handles all incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries, assists staff with various administrative tasks, and maintains a clean and organized reception area. Additionally, this position manages daily and weekly bank deposits, processes donations, and provides administrative support for scheduling meetings and distributing materials.

Building Maintenance Manage fire alarm systems, conduct drills, and coordinate fire and sprinkler inspections. The role also monitors for general wear and tear across the agency's assets and schedules repairs and maintenance with external vendors for HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and elevator systems. Minor maintenance tasks, such as changing light bulbs or touch-up painting, may also be performed as needed.

Office Supplies and Supplies Inventory Maintain the agency's supply inventory by monitoring stock levels, anticipating needs, and placing orders to ensure optimal inventory levels. The role also involves verifying deliveries, completing payment forms, and distributing supplies to other locations as needed.
