Job Description Salary: Passionate about organization + creative ministry? Our Communications ministry is looking for a Project Manager who loves seeing creative projects move from big ideas to finished pieces that reach people with the Gospel. If youre energized by planning, timelines, and checklistsand if keeping a team moving forward gives you lifethis could be your calling. In this role, youll help coordinate projects across design, video, digital, and print, making sure details dont get lost and deadlines are met. Most importantly, youll play a vital part in helping our church clearly share the hope of Jesus through every communication channel. This is a part-time (25 hours per week) position where your administrative gifts directly fuel our mission.

OBJECTIVE The Communications Project Manager is responsible for helping the Central Communications Director in any way needed to manage projects and tasks, work alongside the Communications Team in all projects, training, administrative support, and project management.

RESPONSIBILITIES - Assist in the implementation, management, and execution of processes and procedures for projects that come through the Communications department. - Maintain and update the Communications Team project management system and task list. - Assist Communications Director with team outings, resources, meetings, and events. - Keep up-to-date records in Monday.com, Communications Team Google Drive, and Planning Center (as appropriate). - Attend and participate in all staff meetings and team meetings. - Ordering and tracking orders and coordinating vendors for installs. - Regularly meet with Designers to ensure project milestones are on the radar and deadlines are met. - Additional responsibilities as determined by the Communications Director and Creative Arts Director.
