Set up Star Swiss machines efficiently, navigating complex tasks with ease. Load and run parts diligently while adhering to specified guidelines. Identify when to replace tools, ensuring longevity and precision in production. Inspect components using mechanical gauges, adjusting setups as needed for quality assurance. Interpret advanced GD&T blueprints accurately, fulfilling design requirements. Engage in initiatives like Lean Manufacturing and sustain 5S practices consistently. Your Professional Toolkit
Skills and experience you'll bring: Minimum of four years in production or job shop environments. Knowledge of Epicor or similar planning systems adds a distinct advantage. Extensive background in four and five-axis machining techniques. Specialized experience with Swiss Star machines is a must. Technologies at your disposal: Precision CNC Swiss Lathes (Star, Citizen, Tsugami). Cutting-edge CAM software such as Mastercam, Esprit, Mazatrol. Advanced CNC Lathes (5+ axis) including Mazak.
