Material Handler / Yard Support Specialist

and help keep our multi-site operations running smoothly! You'll work outdoors and indoors, operating equipment, transporting materials, and assisting with general maintenance — all while being part of a hardworking, supportive crew. What You’ll Do:

Safely transport materials between facilities and work sites

Operate forklifts and heavy equipment to load/unload shipments

Organize inventory in storage yards and warehouse areas

Perform basic vehicle and equipment maintenance

Support seasonal groundskeeping (including snow removal)

Assist with equipment repairs, R&D projects, and emergency fixes

Maintain accurate daily logs and inventory records

Occasionally drive employees to various locations

What You Bring:

Must be 21+

with a valid driver's license and clean driving record

High school diploma or GED

Current forklift certification

Experience with hand tools, maintenance tasks, and construction basics

Comfortable using Google Workspace (Gmail, Sheets, Docs) and Microsoft Office

Physical Requirements:

Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks (climbing, crouching, etc.)

Can work in varying weather conditions and outdoor environments

Good eyesight (with or without correction) and color recognition
