Position Overview The Warehouse Associate plays a vital role in Nfinity Athletics daily operations by supporting receiving, inventory control, picking, packing, shipping, and restocking. This role requires attention to detail, teamwork, and a commitment to accuracy to ensure customers receive their orders on time and in excellent condition.
Key Responsibilities Receiving & Inventory
Unload deliveries, verify shipments, and check for accuracy and quality. Organize incoming stock and update inventory records.
Order Fulfillment
Pick and pack customer orders with speed and accuracy. Prepare shipments, ensuring proper labeling and packaging.
Restocking & Organization Replenish shelves and maintain organized warehouse zones. Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits.
General Support
Operate warehouse equipment safely (e.g., pallet jacks, hand trucks). Collaborate with team members to meet daily goals and deadlines. Support special projects and seasonal warehouse needs as assigned.
Skills & Qualifications
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required. Basic computer skills; familiarity with inventory systems a plus. Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand, bend, or move for extended periods. Dependable, adaptable, and motivated to learn.
Work Environment
Fast-paced warehouse setting with physical activity including lifting, bending, and repetitive movement. Mix of individual and team-based tasks.
