Job Overview: Intech Anchoring Systems is the leading geostructural material supplier in the Midwest. The inventory manager has the responsibility to manage the inventory levels for all product lines as well as oversee all inbound, outbound, and storage of all materials.
Responsibilities: Maintain inventory levels based on sales forecasts and inventory value thresholds to offer the most strategic inventory to the market Issue purchase orders to all vendors based on inventory needs, manufacturers’ lead times, and seasonality by product line Manage the receipt of and physical organization of all inbound inventory deliveries Assist in the verification of outbound order accuracy and the corresponding changes to inventory as orders are pulled by the warehouse staff Maintain and/or establish KPIs for all inventory related tasks Facilitate the physical inventory verification process Coordinate inventory activities across multi-site inventory operations Other responsibilities as needed to support the overall operations of the business
Minimum Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in multi-site supply chain management required Strong analytical skills including familiarity with moderate to advanced Excel functions Understanding of and ability to follow and create complex systems and processes Ability to engage all levels of internal and external customers in a professional manner Familiarity with Cin7 inventory management strongly beneficial Positive attitude, coachability, and strong work ethic are key character traits
Compensation & Benefits: $75,000-100,000 + bonus potential
