The Goddard School located in Leesburg, VA is looking for a motivated, self-starter for an Assistant Director position at our School. The Assistant Director will assist in overseeing the daily operations of the school, ensuring the highest standards of education and care. This role involves supporting the Director and Owner with school operations, maintaining compliance with licensing requirements and fostering positive relationships with parents and the community.
A leader in the franchised premium preschool industry, The Goddard School uses a professional approach to provide the highest standard of health and safety, to develop a lifelong love of learning. The Goddard School faculty is made of caring and dedicated teachers who understand each childs needs. The faculty members are highly qualified, early childhood educators who use their creativity and the state-specific learning outcomes as the basis for unique lesson plans brought to life in a fun and imaginative way.
Assistant Director Key Responsibilities: Administrative Support:
Assist in managing the day-to-day operations of the School Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, record-keeping, and reporting Ensure compliance with state childcare licensing regulations
Marketing and Event Lead:
Organize fun school events Post on Social Media Create on-brand marketing assets
Enrollment:
Lead enrollment events Conduct tours
