Who We're Looking For We are seeking a Florida Licensed Clinical Therapist who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of individuals battling behavioral health challenges. This role involves providing individual and group therapy, crisis intervention, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement effective treatment plans.

What You'll Do Conduct

initial biopsychosocial assessments

through interviews, observations, and standardized tools. Diagnosing

mental health and substance abuse disorders

based on DSM criteria. Create personalized treatment plans tailored to each client’s needs and goals. Conduct

individual, group, and family therapy

sessions. Offer

crisis intervention Document

session notes, treatment plans, and progress reports

according to agency policy. Participate in daily interdisciplinary team meetings to collaborate on patient care. Facilitate discharge planning to ensure a seamless transition to ongoing care. Provide education and resources to patients and their families.

What You Need Master’s degree in psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related behavioral health field. Current and unrestricted Florida RMHCI, LMHC, RCSWI or LCSW licenses or Licensed Psychologist. (LMFT and CAP-only certifications are not eligible for this position.) Experience in a substance abuse or mental health treatment setting (preferred but not required). CPR Certification Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI)
