Job Overview

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee all aspects of our facility's maintenance operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical and electrical systems, as well as extensive experience in preventative maintenance practices. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes and maintaining the highest standards of safety and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership and Team Management:

Supervise, train, and mentor a team of maintenance 3-4 technicians Develop and implement training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback Foster a culture of safety, continuous improvement, and teamwork

Maintenance Planning and Execution:

Develop, implement, and oversee comprehensive preventative maintenance programs Schedule and coordinate routine maintenance activities to minimize production disruptions Manage emergency repairs and troubleshooting efforts Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations and company policies

Mechanical Systems:

Oversee the maintenance, repair, and optimization of various mechanical systems, including:

Production machinery and equipment Hydraulic and pneumatic systems Conveyor systems and material handling equipment

Conduct regular inspections and performance assessments of mechanical systems Identify and implement mechanical system improvements to enhance efficiency and reliability

Electrical Systems:

Manage the maintenance and repair of electrical systems, including:

Power distribution systems Control panels and PLCs Lighting systems Motors and motor controls

Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and regulations Oversee electrical system upgrades and improvements

Preventative Maintenance:

Develop and maintain a comprehensive preventative maintenance schedule Implement predictive maintenance techniques using data analysis and condition monitoring Continuously assess and improve preventative maintenance practices Ensure proper documentation of all preventative maintenance activities
