Requirements: What You’ll Do As a
Business Development Executive (BDE) , you’ll be the face of ERX in your market. Your job is to build, grow, and maintain trusted partnerships that fuel our pipeline and drive company growth—while keeping people at the heart of everything you do. Forge and nurture strong relationships with insurance agents, adjusters, plumbers, property managers, realtors, and other referral partners. Hunt new opportunities by analyzing your market, identifying key decision-makers, and turning leads into lasting accounts. Deliver dynamic presentations that showcase ERX’s value and services. Consistently reinforce partnerships to encourage networking, loyalty, and repeat business. Spot opportunities to cross-sell and expand relationships with existing clients. Represent ERX with energy, professionalism, and compassion—always remembering that behind every job is a family or business relying on us.
What It Takes Proven track record
in business development, sales, or marketing—preferably in restoration, construction, or related industries. Natural relationship builder with a reputation for trust and follow-through. Resilient, proactive, and thrives with independence. Comfortable presenting, networking, and selling to all levels of decision-makers. Tech-savvy with MS Office and CRM software. Willing to work evenings/weekends when opportunities demand it. Must have a valid unrestricted driver’s license and ability to travel daily.
