NADC Burger is looking for the next Shift Lead to provide support to our Austin-based team. This is a non-exempt position.
Shift Lead functions include assisting with inventory control, beverage, and food waste control. Additional duties include training team members, food safety and organizing the shift during slow and busy periods. This position is responsible for working with leadership for off-site events and assist with training and development of staff.

Position: Full time hours
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES) 2 years of high-volume kitchen experience required Food Handler is required Knowledge of restaurant prep and cooking methods Exceptional written and verbal skills
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Previous leadership role
PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT Standing for long periods of time Frequent squatting, twisting, lifting, carrying of products Frequent hand washing Working in extreme temperatures Exposure to loud noises Exposure to working in close spaces
