Job Description Our client is seeking an experienced

Hydraulic Project Manager

to join their Charlotte team. This role focuses on leading hydrology and hydraulic design for major transportation infrastructure projects and ensuring compliance with NCDOT and FHWA standards. Manage hydrology and hydraulic design for transportation-related projects Conduct stormwater modeling, roadway drainage design, erosion control, and floodplain analysis Design stormwater management systems, culverts, and bridge hydraulics Oversee project scopes, budgets, schedules, and client coordination Prepare technical reports and design documentation Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including roadway, structural, and environmental engineers Mentor and train junior engineering staff Conduct occasional fieldwork to verify site conditions Qualifications Bachelors or Masters degree in Civil Engineering (or related field) Professional Engineer (P.E.) license (or ability to obtain within 6 months) 10+ years of hydraulic design experience, preferably on
