As a core member of our Tech Ops Servers and Storage IT team, you will work with dedicated professionals to ensure our clients maintain access to their critical information assets. Responsibilities Your Role: Responsible for maintaining the system support for Enterprise Backup infrastructure addressing the availability and security of the backed data.

Ensure the backup infrastructure is kept up to date, from both hardware and software perspective; implement appropriate methodologies, standards and best practices

Manage Backup administrators team

Responsible for the coaching of Backup team and enhancing skill and career development of the staff

Run projects, prepare project plan and work with PMO team; liaise with cross functional IT infrastructure teams

Provide backup infrastructure KRI reports to external and internal auditors, IT management and OCM teams

Plan and deliver Backup road map and annual deliverables plans

Monitor Service Desk queues and comply with quality guidelines when managing incidents

Respond and comply with escalation policies and procedures

Provide 8x5 operational support; promptly respond to telephone call, voice-mail and emails

Participate in weekend on-call schedule and be available to respond telephone calls in emergency situations

Resolve and document system errors and performance issues

Perform root cause analysis of critical errors and outages

Qualifications About You: You are 5+ years of hands-on experience in IT infrastructure area, with a focus on backup, recovery and storage systems

Previous experience in an IT management or IT team lead role

3+ years of backup system administration experience (e.g. Cohesity, Veritas NetBackup, Veeam, Rubrik, Commvault)

Managerial and strong leadership skills

Finance industry experience is preferred

Experience with cloud backup and disaster recovery solutions (AWS and Azure)

Ability to developer and implement backup and recovery policies and procedures

Adaptability to changing technologies and business needs

You are self-motivated, innovative and analytical with strong attention to details and the ability to think laterally for problem solving

You able to meet deadlines and changing priorities. Must be able to work in high-pressure environment, sometimes independently and sometimes as part of a project tea
