Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, and in-person with professionalism and care Process daily customer orders with accuracy and attention to detail Issue RMAs and credits for product returns Set up new customer accounts and representatives in our system Address customer concerns and escalate complex issues when needed Follow up on open cases to ensure timely resolution and satisfaction Maintain detailed records of customer interactions using internal CRM systems Identify and suggest improvements to service processes and strategies Support cross-functional teams and perform general administrative tasks as assigned Qualifications:
2+ years of customer service experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting Experience working with both business and consumer customers Basic knowledge of lighting or technical products is a plus Familiar with product specs, order timelines, and returns Comfortable using ERP systems like SYSPRO, SAP, NetSuite, or Oracle Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Friendly, patient, and focused on customer satisfaction Good problem-solving skills and ability to stay calm under pressure Proficient with office software and quick to learn new tools Able to multitask and manage time effectively High school diploma or equivalent
