Responsibilities Policyholder Assistance: Respond to inquiries from policyholders, ensuring their insurance questions are answered promptly and accurately. Claims Support: Provide guidance and support in navigating the claims process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience. Information Management: Keep thorough records of all interactions with clients, ensuring data is accurate and up-to-date. Problem Resolution: Address and resolve any client issues or concerns proactively, ensuring client satisfaction. Continuous Product Knowledge: Stay informed of new insurance products and services to provide up-to-date information to clients. Feedback Collection: Gather and relay client feedback to the team to improve customer service practices.

Requirements Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred. Experience: Prior customer service experience, especially in insurance, is advantageous. Licensing: Must be willing to obtain an appropriate insurance license within a specified time frame. Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are essential. Problem-solving: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve client inquiries efficiently. Tech-savvy: Proficient in using customer service software and related technologies. Interpersonal Skills: Strong capacity to empathize and build rapport with clients. Availability: Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary.
