RESPONSIBILITIES: Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information. Assist customers with policy changes and updates. Process insurance claims and follow up with customers. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions. QUALIFICATIONS: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented and able to multitask. Proactive in problem-solving Previous customer service experience preferred. REQUIREMENTS: Ability to pass a background check. Ability to obtain insurance licenses within 60 days of employment.
