Position Summary We are seeking a motivated, energetic Licensed Property & Casualty Customer Service Representative with Allstate agency experience to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on helping clients protect what matters most while building lasting relationships.

Responsibilities Key Responsibilities
Conduct policy reviews and discuss coverage options with clients. Process customer policy change requests accurately and efficiently. Greet all customers warmly, both in-person and over the phone. Handle premium payments and maintain accurate records in eAgent. Ask for referrals and promote our referral program. Identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities, including financial products. Verify and update client contact information at every touchpoint. Respond to phone calls and messages promptly. Stay current on Allstate underwriting, rating, and compliance guidelines. Maintain product knowledge and stay informed about new offerings. Generate accurate and competitive insurance quotes. Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain strong client relationships. Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention. Educate clients on policies that best meet their needs.
Requirements Qualifications
Active Property & Casualty License (required) Allstate agency experience (required) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills Self-motivated with the ability to thrive in a team
