We are looking for a motivated Licensed Insurance Sales Producer to join our growing agency. This role is a blend of sales and service youll be responsible for generating new business through outbound cold calling, handling inbound calls from prospects requesting quotes, assisting walk-in customers at the office, and providing excellent service to our existing clients.
The ideal candidate is energetic, confident on the phone, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. If you enjoy both chasing new sales and building strong client relationships, this position is for you.

Responsibilities Make outbound cold calls to generate new leads.
Answer inbound calls and provide insurance quotes to prospective clients.
Greet and assist walk-in customers in the office.
Present, recommend, and sell Allstate insurance products (auto, home, renters, life, etc.).
Provide ongoing service to existing clients, including policy changes, billing support, and renewals.
Maintain accurate client records in the CRM system.
Meet or exceed monthly sales and retention goals.
Requirements Active Property & Casualty license required (Life license a plus).
Sales experience and/or customer service experience preferred.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle objections and close sales confidently.
Organized, reliable, and motivated by results.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
