Unit Description Job Duties: •Primary point of contact for patient relations in person and by phone •Greet patients and assist in resolving patient concerns and escalating as appropriate •Check patients in/out and collect co-payments, give receipts, and reconcile payments •Verify patient demographics and insurance information in CS-Link/Epic •Schedule appointments and complete patient registration •Process and track referrals and authorizations for various insurance types •Handle patient/provider correspondence •Explains polices, procedures, or services to patients •Sanitize workspace using provided supplies and following department guidelines
