Director/Senior Managing Consultant, Services Business Development, Cyber Threat Intelligence

Location: Boston, MA Senior leadership role within Mastercard's North American Services Team, responsible for growing Mastercard’s Threat Intelligence business within the Services segment. P&L owner for Threat Intelligence and related Services; drives revenue via direct sales and cross-functional collaboration to maximize Threat Intelligence products and services. Overview

The North American (NAM) Services Team is part of Mastercard’s global services organization. Services deliver the latest innovations to clients across cybersecurity, payment optimization, Identity services, consulting, and more. This role focuses on accelerating sales of Cyber Threat Intelligence solutions and launching go-to-market initiatives for new synergy products under development. Responsibilities Will Include

Deliver on Cyber Threat Intelligence revenue and sales targets through independent or cross-team efforts. Engage in solution selling across a broad range of related products and services. Define and oversee the GTM operating model for the segment to ensure appropriate expertise is deployed against opportunities. Coordinate a unified Threat Intelligence sales narrative and process across sales and BD teams. Coordinate internal execution across teams by facilitating client introductions, cross-sell and on-sell of Threat Intelligence solutions to Mastercard managed accounts and existing customers. Leverage referrals from Recorded Future & Risk Recon for Mastercard managed accounts. Develop and activate broader Services Sales initiatives (sales collateral, pitches, training, pipeline visibility). Align product, sales, CS and marketing around launches and revenue goals as necessary. Identify issues, take improvement actions, and communicate progress; report on commercial integration progress. Track lead funnel health and conversion, and advise on integration risks. Measure success by sales performance, client impact, and contribution to Mastercard’s Threat Intelligence solutions expansion. Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree and 10+ years’ experience in technology (SaaS) sales with team or stakeholder management responsibility. Industry savvy with understanding of emerging cyber trends and market opportunities. Experience selling security services, consulting and/or technologies such as cyber threat intelligence, security awareness/training, cloud security, incident response, third-party risk management, threat and vulnerability management. Proven enterprise sales experience selling into Merchants & Acquirers, Traditional FIs, FinTechs or Digital Platforms. Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding quotas. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills; ability to explain complex concepts to broad audiences. Executive presence and ability to influence; comfortable navigating ambiguity and evolving priorities. Balance of strategic thinking and tactical execution with decisive decision-making in challenging situations. Demonstrated thought leadership and creativity to identify new opportunities. National Salary Range (Applies Regardless of Location): $164,000-$262,000 Mastercard is an equal opportunity employer.
