to lead our growing engineering team. This role requires a hands-on leader who is technically proficient and capable of managing, mentoring, and developing junior engineers. The successful candidate will have a strong background in HVAC design, with expertise in
data centers, clean rooms, and corporate campuses . You will oversee design and execution, utilizing tools like
Trace
and
AutoCAD , while working with multiple clients on high-priority projects. Key Responsibilities
Lead a team of mechanical engineers, ensuring quality design and project delivery Oversee the design, modeling, and layout of HVAC systems for data centers, clean rooms, and corporate campuses Collaborate with clients, architects, and contractors to ensure efficient project execution Manage project timelines and priorities, handling multiple clients and simultaneous projects Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and designers Review and approve designs, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations Foster a collaborative and efficient team environment to meet project goals Qualifications
5-10 years of experience in mechanical design engineering, with a focus on HVAC EIT certification required Proven experience with Trace and AutoCAD Strong knowledge of design-build projects, with a solid background in consulting or mechanical contracting Ability to lead and manage a team of engineers and designers Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams Experience with data centers, clean rooms, and large-scale corporate projects Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-demand environment Compensation And Benefits
