We are seeking a
Marketing Product Manager
with proven expertise in product launches. This role is ideal for someone with strong marketing acumen, strategic vision, and the ability to drive impactful launches while partnering cross-functionally with sales, market access, medical affairs, and regulatory teams.
Key Responsibilities Lead product planning and launch execution, ensuring alignment with overall business strategy Drive market analysis, competitive intelligence, and customer insights to guide decisions and identify opportunities Develop and implement promotional and non-promotional campaigns, including digital and in-person channels Act as primary contact for agencies and vendors supporting brand initiatives Manage conferences, speaker programs, advisory boards, and KOL development activities Monitor product performance and provide actionable recommendations to optimize results Ensure compliance with FDA and PhRMA regulations in all activities
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred 5+ years of progressive product marketing experience with at least 2+ years in wound care, therapeutic skincare, medical devices, surgical, or pharmaceutical industries Hands-on experience with new product planning and successful launches Strong grasp of market dynamics, data analytics, and portfolio management Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills preferred
Compensation: $100,000 - $120,000 Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications.
