Temporary Billing Customer Support Specialist (3-Month Contract) - Poway, CA LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Billing Customer Support Specialist to join our client's team on a 3-month temporary contract in Poway, CA. This role is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong problem-solving skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys assisting customers with billing inquiries.

Responsibilities:

Respond to customer questions regarding billing statements, payments, and account details via phone and email

Research and resolve discrepancies in invoices and accounts in a timely and professional manner.

Provide clear explanations of billing processes and policies to customers

Accurately enter, update, and maintain billing records within internal systems

Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and proper resolution of issues

Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies and procedures

Qualifications:

Previous experience in customer support, billing, or related administrative roles

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; experience with billing software is a plus

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a contract role

Working Hours:

Full-time

Onsite

Monday- Friday

8:00am - 5:00pm PST

Contract role

Compensation: $24.00 per hour
