***SHIFT: Monday - Friday, 10am - 7pm***
Responsibilities:
• Create and manage trouble tickets to resolve specific customer issues effectively.
• Clearly explain product features, pricing, and options in a manner customers can easily understand.
• Utilize customer service systems and tools efficiently to address customer needs in a timely manner.
• Follow established processes to handle routine problems, seeking guidance when necessary.
• Maintain high-quality service standards and meet call center performance metrics.
• Encourage customers to use self-service tools such as online platforms and applications.
• Inform customers about promotions, upgrades, and new product offerings.
• Provide accurate quotes and promote prepayment options to customers.
• Perform other duties as assigned, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
• Proven experience in customer service or a call center environment.• Strong skills in data entry and ability to handle detailed information accurately.
• Proficiency in conducting research to resolve customer inquiries.
• Excellent written communication skills, including email correspondence.
• Ability to provide accurate quotes and explain pricing options to customers.
• Fluency in Spanish is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with customer service systems and tools is an advantage.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
