Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Indianapolis, Indiana. This is a Contract-to-permanent position, offering an opportunity to grow within the payments industry. As a member of our call center team, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional service to our customers while utilizing advanced tools and processes.
***SHIFT: Monday - Friday, 2:00pm - 11:00pm***
Responsibilities:
• Open and manage trouble tickets to address specific customer concerns efficiently.
• Clearly explain product options, features, and associated charges to ensure customer understanding.
• Navigate customer service systems and tools promptly to provide seamless support.
• Apply established procedures to resolve routine issues, collaborating with others when guidance is required.
• Maintain high-quality service standards and meet call center performance metrics consistently.
• Educate customers on self-service tools such as company applications and web services.
• Share information about promotions, new products, and upgrades to enhance customer experience.
• Provide accurate rate quotes and encourage customers to explore prepay options.
• Handle additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned to support the team.
• Proven experience in customer service or a call center environment.• Strong data entry skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to conduct thorough research to address customer inquiries.
• Proficiency in email correspondence and clear, concise communication.
• Experience in providing accurate customer quotes.
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with payment systems or related industry tools is a plus.
