Responsibilities:
General Office Support
  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
  • Greet/direct visitors
Clerical & Documentation
  • Prepare, format, and edit reports, memos, and other documents.
  • Maintain electronic filing systems
  • Enter, update, and track data in spreadsheets, databases, or company systems.
  • Assist with recordkeeping and document control.
Scheduling & Coordination
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments internally.
  • Prepare agendas and take meeting minutes when needed.
Communication & Liaison
  • Serve as a point of contact between staff members.
  • Draft and distribute internal communications/trainings.
  • Assist with client or customer inquiries and provide basic information.
Project & Team Support
  • Support with administrative tasks as needed.
  • Assist in preparing trainings, spreadsheets, and reports.
Other Duties
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company and transferee/client information.
  • Perform general clerical duties as assigned.
  • Adapt to changing priorities and provide flexible support across the team.
Qualifications for Administrative Assistant
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Mathematics, or related field
  • Experience and interest in transportation/logistics preferred
  • Previous logistics or dispatch experience a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Tech-savvy with knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Strong sense of teamwork

Hybrid Work Schedule
$45-50k + Benefits
