Key Responsibilities:

Manage multiple commercial roofing/construction projects from pre-con to close-out

Drive project schedules, budgets, and quality control — no loose ends

Collaborate with Field Operations, Superintendents, and Estimators

Own client communication, job progress reporting, and key deliverables

Enforce accountability with field teams and subs — meetings, reports, structure

Identify process gaps, propose improvements — we want thinkers, not just doers

Support development of internal systems as we scale

You’ll Thrive Here If You:

Have 5+ years as a Project Manager in construction, roofing preferred

Operate well in structured environments (we’re building one fast)

Are comfortable leading job meetings, creating schedules, and tracking progress
