Dent Eliminators is a locally owned, family-oriented business that started in 1990 to bring the art of paintless dent removal to central Iowa. Over the years, weve grown into the premier PDR facility in the region. Our team of Iowan experts specializes in paintless dent removal and auto reconditioning services such as leather repair, scuffs and scratches, and wheel and rim restoration.

Responsibilities Receptionist:
- Greet and assist customers with a smile and professional demeanor
- Answer and direct multiple telephone lines
- Schedule and confirm customer appointments
- Operate cash drawer and credit card system
- Enter price changes, collect payments, and balance cash drawer
- Prepare daily bank deposits
- Assist with clerical and administrative duties as needed
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized reception area
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and support to the team
- Perform other duties as assigned and demonstrate a willingness to learn new skills
Requirements/Qualifications Receptionist:
- Experience as a Receptionist or Administrative Assistant is preferred
- Well-spoken, outgoing, and friendly professional demeanor
- Excellent communication skills and professional telephone manners
- Strong customer service focus with accurate attention to detail
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to efficiently multitask and solve problems in a fast-paced environment
- Professional, well-groomed appearance
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, scheduling software)
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
