Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls and schedule service appointments
• Greet customers warmly and direct them to the right department or team member
• Provide general administrative support for the Service Department
• Maintain accurate customer records and appointment schedules
• Help create a welcoming, efficient office environment for both customers and staff
  
  

What Were Looking For:

• Previous receptionist, administrative, or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask in a busy office setting
• Professional, reliable, and customer-focused
• Comfortable using phones, computers, and scheduling systems
