up to $72/hour for the experienced candidate
We are seeking a Business Analyst with strong experience in retail systems to support store and fuel operations technology. This role requires both technical and business expertise, with a focus on data migration, system enhancements, and business intelligence.
Key Responsibilities Act as a lead BA for Retail Systems projects, including POS and convenience store/fuel systems.
Define, document, and validate business requirements, test cases, and project deliverables.
Collaborate with engineering, QA, and project managers on solution design, UAT, and release documentation.
Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to analyze and document functional and data requirements.
Provide end-user support, training, and system recommendations.
Partner with vendors and engineers for the smooth rollout of new software and system enhancements.
Requirements 3–5+ years of Business Analyst experience in retail technology environments.
Extensive knowledge of store systems, POS platforms, and fuel/convenience store operations.
Must have strong SQL skills and ability to work with BI/data migration projects.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects, document processes, and deliver results under pressure.
Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with ERP systems.
Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
Must be motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently and in teams.
