Project Manager

Position Overview
We're looking for a Project Manager & Estimator to join our team. This dual-role position is key to both winning and delivering projects. You'll handle cost estimating, bid preparation, and full project lifecycle management from preconstruction through closeout.
What You'll Do
Project Management
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Allocate resources effectively to meet deadlines and quality standards.
- Monitor costs, manage risks, and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
- Lead and motivate project teams, including subcontractors and field staff.
- Maintain strong client relationships and provide regular progress updates.
Estimating
- Prepare accurate cost estimates for labor, materials, and equipment.
- Develop competitive bids and proposals.
- Collaborate with vendors and subcontractors to secure pricing and optimize costs.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in commercial construction as both Project Manager and Estimator.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, codes, and industry standards.
- Proficiency with estimating and project management software (e.g., Procore, RSMeans).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with line item estimation.
